PROPOSED RECOMMENDATION

To award a contract to JP Developers Ltd  at a cost of £47,299.77 for Thirsk Hockey Club Pavilion Changing Rooms and Shower Refurbishment Works.

BACKGROUND TO SUPPORT THE RECOMMENDATION

A competitiveprocurement exercise was undertaken during December 2023 and January 2024. The scheme is programmed to commence on site on 25^th March 2024 and is due to complete on 28^Th April 2024.
